As a client of Excelerate Driver Training, I agree;

1. To provide all information required to conduct training, including Driver's Licence and contact details, prior to the beginning of the first lesson.

2. To ensure the agreed Instructor fees are paid prior to the beginning of each lesson.

3. To be punctual for all lessons. If not informed otherwise, the instructor reserves the right to leave the agreed meeting place 15 minutes after the scheduled lesson start time. If you are late and wish to proceed with the lesson, the lesson will end at the originally agreed end time, unless advised by the Instructor. No discount will be provided for lessons amended due to lateness

4. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice for any reason other than illness, or unforeseeable circumstance - which is at Instructor discretion to determine - a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This will be payable prior to the beginning of the next lesson.

5. To wear appropriate footwear. This is a flat soled, enclosed shoe, (as is also required to take the VORT test). No thongs, bare feet, clogs (shoes with soles thicker than 3cm) or shoes without heel support.

6. Not to attend a lesson under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It is at the sole discretion of the Instructor to judge if a client is under the influence of alcohol or any other substance. If it is deemed necessary to cancel a lesson due to intoxication, the full lesson fee will apply.

7. To advise the Instructor if currently taking, or as soon as practicable after beginning to take, any medication which may affect the ability to drive. If unsure, please speak to your doctor about how medications can affect driving ability.
If a lesson has to be cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the above cancellation policy applies.
8. If the client has any concerns or complaints regarding the above Terms & Conditions, these should first be brought up with the Instructor. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, the client can visit https://adtasa.com.au/policies/complaints-policy/
